"We live almost 2 hours away, but being in the store and getting to smell all the goodness is why we come. On top of that the workers are amazing. Yesterday evening (2/28/26) the workers up front were so patient and kind to my child that's anxious when asking for help. They asked if we needed help and never made us feel like a bother. I am so horrible at remembering names, but they were so wonderful and deserve recognition!"

"We went towards closing to purchase a bottle of Lord of Misrule , fantastic scent, and had a great experience all of the ladies in the store were very welcoming and even helped demo other products they thought we could have been interested in which was very appreciated - especially while they were doing closing duties. We will have to shop here again, I already loved lush and the staff here just gave an extra reason to go back soon!"

"The soaps here are awesome! I got the orange body scrub and 2 shampoo samples; the body scrub feels great on the skin and if you have someone to lather it on the back it feels like a massage. I didnt need to apply a lot of shampoo to get my hair clean and the smell afterwards was very pleasent. Once i get paid ill def be coming back to see the rest of their stuff!"

"Every single time I come to this location, it’s an experience. My son LOVESSS coming here because the store associates always let him play with bath bombs and soaps and bubble bars. Every time I go, I always get some kind of sample or freebie, but honestly, the customer service is what makes it for me. Whoever the hiring manager is needs to pat herself on the back, everyone who works here is amazing."

"I went into Lush to just get one bath bomb and I asked one of the ladies how I could get one without lavender and she showed me where I could find all the ingredients. Then I saw the mystery bags but I didn’t know if they contained lavender and they had me turn around and went and checked all the ingredients for me! They were in such a fantastic mood and had such great customer service. I will definitely be back!"
