"I haven’t been to lush in years, and coming back on a slow day was a wonderful experience thanks to Florence. She was very helpful showing me all the different gift sets since I was grabbing one for a friend. My experience very calm (as I get anxiety going into stores by myself), and I appreciate that she gave me my space to shop and look at things at my own pace. I was also given a wonderful check out experience, and was so kind to offer samples. Her friendliness and welcoming attitude is what will bring me back to this location :)"

I can tell the workers genuinely love their job, I talked with lily and she showed us many different perfumes we would like, different conditioners for our hair types, and had great communication skills that made the entire encounter amazing. "I come in about 2-3 times a year to stock up on bath bombs for my daughter. We absolutely love your products. I came to post a review because I need to praise Jake. I am by no means a frequent visitor to your store, but he remembers me every time I come in and he has the best customer service skills. He is always a bright light! I almost bought online this year, but decided against it because I was hoping to see my favorite and I did. He saw me and immediately said “time for the restock.” I am honestly so blown away that he is able to remember me. And I’m always blown away by his customer service skills! He deserves all the praise and a pay raise too! You guys are lucky to have him! I will continue to shop at this lush location specifically anytime I need to stock up! He pointed me to the products that were new/unfamiliar to me so I could try out and take home new goodies for myself! The size of this shop is impressive and easier to move through than west county- and they have an Archive wall! Definitely shop in person here, it treats you well!"
