"Excellent service! I went to pick up my birthday present, they asked for my number and gave me my gift without any problem. The girl even told me she had some samples and added them. I appreciate the great service because even though it was free, they made me feel very comfortable and welcome."

"My absolute favorite Sephora! Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. True story: I once spent nearly an hour agonizing over which purfume to buy and they were patient with me and helped me pick something out and gave me their honest opinion. As soon as you walk through the door they're welcoming you and eager to help. The store gets a little crowded at times but what Sephora doesn't get crowded at popular times? My go to Sephora 🫶"

"The interaction I had today with an assistant manager at this location just goes to show exactly how deep corporate greed goes. I purchased a Sephora collection powder, and apparently very recently they hiked prices once again (shocker). However, the price marked was $20.00 - there was a smaller price that clearly was a sticky note taped over the original price for the increase of $22.00. The largest sign and present still stated the $20.00, when I brought it up to them, the assistant manager refused to honor the price shown. Sephora is a billion dollar company, while $2 will not break either of us - it is the principal of it. Your store has the wrong price listed, and you need to honor what is shown. That is basic retail 101. And this store has just lost a customer for good, I will be passing on to management as well."

"My daughter visited this location on 1/12 between 2pm-3:15pm excited to spend a gift card she received for Christmas from her grandparents. Unfortunately, when she went to check out, the employee used his fingernail to scratch off the covering to reveal the PIN. In the process, the last three digits were scratched off as well, making the card unusable. At the time, the employee told her there was nothing he could do and instructed us to contact customer service. We’ve since reached out to customer service, we were told by one representative the money would be refunded to our Sephora app but that never happened. We have been following up with customer serivce but have had no luck getting the gift card replaced or receiving store credit for an issue that was completely out of our control and caused by a store employee. It’s really disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and willingness to make this situation right."

"This is my favorite Sephora location. I want to give a shout out to the lady that checked me out, I wished I gotten her name. Very friendly and didn't hesitate to provide samples when I asked. I'm always happy when I arrive here, and always wonderful service."
