"This is the second time they have cancelled my makeup appointment at the very last minute, both times using the same excuse that their artist had an “emergency.” I understand that emergencies happen, but it is unacceptable that they do not have any backup support in place. There is clearly no consideration for clients’ time, and they offer little to no help in finding alternatives at other locations. If the situation were reversed, a client would be charged a late cancellation fee, yet they take no responsibility when they are the ones causing the inconvenience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere."
