"Been coming to this Downtown Sephora location for about 7 years. It's just okay. A lot of time products are sold out, which is somewhat understandable bc it's in a touristy area, but you think they'd get better at ordering products. The staff is somewhat nice, but also they tend to hoover instead of letting you enjoy your shopping experience. The main reason I shop here instead of a store like Ulta is simply because I don't drive and I live close by."
