"I ordered a Dresser from Anthropologie. It arrived damaged so I requested a replacement and Anthropologie arranged a drop-and-swap pickup with their delivery partner. The drivers came, delivered the new dresser, and I physically handed the damaged one to them. They took it and left, and all should have been good. Except Anthropologie's delivery partner "lost" the damaged dresser in their system and claimed it was never picked up. Instead of taking responsibility for their own tracking failure, Anthropologie has now charged me an additional $3,000 for them losing the dresser. For three months I've explained what happened. Their latest response: case closed unless I provide photographs of the men taking the dresser away...how would I have known I should have taken those? Do not buy from Anthropologie. If something goes wrong, they will shirk accountability and leave you holding the bag for their company's failures."

"Not the largest Anthropologie I have ever been to, but they had a nice selection of items. I wish that they had more sizes to choose from on the floor. Everything seemed to be XS or S. Their holiday windows and inside display were very beautiful."

"I love Anthropologie and normally have great experiences here. However, I was so disappointed in the way the employees treated us. I spend a TON of money here and love supporting the business. However, when I was here today, the employees in the fitting room were openly rolling their eyes at my friend and I. No one approached us to help or greeted us at all, so that combined with the unfriendliness was disappointing to me!"
