Athleta - Eco Fashion category in Birmingham

"I’ve been a couple of times to this location looking to buy some athleisure gear. Generally, the service isn’t fantastic for me, but on my most recent visit, it was atrocious. I went to try on some clothes, and when I left the changing room, there were several associates chatting but none of them asked if the clothes fit or told me where to put the clothes I didn’t want. I had one pair of leggings that I wanted to purchase so I went to the front counter to purchase. Two associates were talking and folding clothes. One of them was even facing me (with no acknowledgement I was waiting) while I waited at the counter to checkout. After waiting several minutes with being ignored, I left. Surprisingly, my business was good enough at Lululemon (never thought I would say that) where I purchased several pairs of leggings."

"I always have a great time when I shop at Athleta. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Their clothes are quality and don't wear out like some other athletic brands do. I love that me and my little girl can shop together at the same store….we’ve had some great “Girls Day” shopping trips. My favorite place to shop for athletic/leisure wear."

"I have bought Athleta clothing for many years by way of a catalog I got in the mail. SO GLAD there is a store here now! Their clothes are excellent and are GUARANTEED. THAT IS EXCELLENT FOR THE CUSTOMER! But, I have never had anything tear up with years of wear!"

"Friendly staff & always really helpful when trying to find a specific item. Love that they have multi-sport options. I really like this company & how they conduct business. They support having a quality product. If customers respond with concerns they listen. They handle returns well even when activewear has been put to the test. If it doesn't do what they claim or the quality doesn't stand up to what's advertised they honor returns & even notify customers of full refunds on some of their Polartec tights. They responded well to the K Deer tights suspicious design issue (Fall 2015) by quickly pulling their products off the shelf. Dissapointing for a big company to let something like that happen, but @ least they handled it well & quickly."
