I know a lot of employees don’t realize the impact they make in people’s days so I wanted to make sure she knows she’s doing an amazing job. And the cashier there this afternoon too! "I really like this BR Outlet located at the Waikele Premium Outlets. The store is just the right size, one level, guys on one side, gals on the other, with a nice selection of clothing and usually well-stocked. For being a busy store it's very organized and clean. A few dressing rooms are available towards the back, and is probably the only area where you'll receive any service on the sales floor. Cashier lines move quickly. They carry pretty much everything their regular stores do, from underwear all the way up their formal wear, cologne and bags. I'm particularly fond of BR's Luxury Collection line - collared shirts that are made of ultra-soft cotton that don't require ironing, as well as their plain t-shirts available in a variety of colors. I have yet to encounter any irregular/defective clothing here, so I'm pretty sure they're mainly overstocked items. Prices are considerably less than in regular BR stores."

"The store clerks tricked my elderly aunt into getting a store credit card by telling her that cash payment is not possible. Now it's been 3 months, and she hasn't yet received her account statement but know that there's now late charges etc. I tried to call for her to BR and Barclays, the card issuer multiple times and we still can't cancel the card. Terrible store clerks. Both management and clerks need to be fired."
