"I spent close to 1600 dollars in the store and they could not even give me a dress bag, but said I could buy one. One of the ladies that helped us was fantastic but there was another lady who would help a little but seemed annoyed with me as a mom trying to have my daughter try different dresses outside of her comfort zone because that is how we found her dress last year. Needless to say I will never come back!"

"After a not so great experience at a dress megastore a couple of exits down the interstate, the Clothes Tree was a breath of fresh air! My daughter had a certain style in mind and Scarlett, her stylist/salesperson, knocked it out of the park with her initial suggestion. Customer service was excellent and their inventory of prom dresses was outstanding. They will be our first stop next time."

Rather than having to drive back to Nashville (an hour and a half drive), Deborah offered to meet me right by my home and drop it off so I didn’t have to drive back and so I could get it my hands quicker so we could get started on the alterations.
