"I called to see if I could use a gift card that expired 10 days ago and was told no, that there was no way possible that they could scan it! Has customer service changed that much! I used to work in retail and allowances were made, and there were ways to “scan out” or adjust a total. Shame a local business does not want to help out in this unfortunate circumstance! Missed opportunity to get more business."

"My first time going into this store been wanting to go to this store but I've never had the time till today. Felt completely uncomfortable because we were getting followed as if we were going to steal something. I made daughter hurry up and pick out her outfit. I wouldn't suggest to go to this store if your a different race. Because of the harrassment that you will get. You can't enjoy shopping.... and I love shopping!! I didn't enjoy it not one bit!! My daughter was also upset because she noticed the dresses were meant for white tiny girls."
