"I shop at Life is Good often whether online or a storefront. This was my first time at the Charleston location and the sales associate (who I took to maybe be the owner/manager?) went above and beyond for me. I had bought 2 shirts one for me and one for my mother. Later I realized I had bought her the wrong size. I called the store to ask if they had the size I needed. She told me she had it in the back after checking inventory and I could come exchange that day whenever! Excellent customer service which is sometimes a rarity these days. Thank you & I will be back!"

"this place was awesome! all of the designs were very stylish and cute, and the quality of the clothing is very good also. most souvenir shops have very basic designs that are either cheesy or just outdated, but this store was the complete opposite! the customer service was awesome as well everyone was super friendly!"

I was having trouble finding correct sizs and she was right amazing help! Helped me find perfect sizes for my grandkids and nephew. I believe she said her name was libbie.
