"Walked in with my fiance, we were looking for pants for myself in particular. We were not greeted nor acknowledged, Ignored is what we got. While others were walking in and being greeted and asked if they needed helped. We were treated as if we were invisible, We left and will not be back."

I can go on and on about our Loft store in Corpus. I visited the Loft Outlet in San Marcos today and one of the Loft stores here in San Antonio and even though I found lots of cute items, the customer service wasn't great. I'm so happy with my Loft store in Corpus and appreciate Michelle and her staff."
