However, after repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails to attempt to change the address I have not received any reply or notification whatsoever. It has been over 5 business days. Kinda poor customer service."

Everyone involved in the workshop process handled it professionally from the time the materials were hand delivered to the actual workshop day, as it started promptly and the instructress was very patient in making sure that everyone was able to follow. In the end, I learned to knit by hand and I had my beautiful, warm and chunky baby blanket I proudly gifted to my newest grand daughter. Thank you maker's Loft for coming out with workshops like this one, that takes the inner artist in me that has taken a back seat for the longest time."
