"Avoid this store! They randomly place 40 and 50 percent off signs then ring all your items up and tell you the discount is not for the items you selected. The pants we were looking up ran up $5 more than the tag on them. We got the two of the exact same pants at the Old Navy in Kapolei for the price this "outlet" store wanted for one."
