"I have never had an issue with this store until today and I was a little thrown back by the comments that were made.. I tried a few clothes on and unfortunately didn’t like how they fit on me so I put them back. The lady who was working was the owner Nicole’s sister. She mentioned that I have come in quite a few times and I’m always trying things on but never buy anything? I’m not sure what that was supposed to mean but it came across rude and I have been to this store very few times. The times I did come in I have bought a few items. So I’m assuming she confused me with someone else? Either way it was very inappropriate in my opinion and left me feeling uncomfortable. Super disappointed."

"I adore this store! You fall in love right away with the adorable clothes, and then you meet the sweet staff, and you find shopping nirvana! Recently I saw a kimono on Instagram and just had to have it. I headed to the store after work, but it suddenly occurred to me I should check the store hours. I called in, and found out they were closing about 10 minutes before I could get there. The shop girl heard my disappointment, and told me to still come by, and she'd have the kimono ready for me when I got there. It was so kind of her to wait for me! And she didn't even rush me out right away. She offered to give me time to try it on. How sweet is that! You don't get that personal touch at a big box store! I've been in several times and just chit chatted with the owner. She has this knack of making you feel like you're old friends. If you have good taste, and enjoy shopping at a store with people that genuinely seem to care about making you happy, this is your spot!"

"I’ve been a customer for years and love it there- I happened to be in today when the lady who wrote about being there to return a pair of boots- she was absolutely out of control- that review shouldn’t even be on here. I know the salesgirl well as I’m in there every week- and she is a doll!!! I’m a weekly shopper at Posh- they are very clear of the return policy as I’m sure this is the type of scene they try to avoid. I feel like this lady thought if she acted out they would give in- good job Posh for standing your ground!!"

"Just happen to have some time to spend with my girlfriend before our lunch date and we walked past Posh, and just decided to pop in. The next thing we know we are having a full blown fashion show in the back, and ended up buy quite a few pieces. SO glad we walked in. Was very impressed with the selection of clothes, shoes, accessories and gifts, and was surprising elated at the very reasonable pricing. This is definitely a place my gf and I will frequent for those perfect quality pieces to add to the closet."
