"This is Officially my main store to shop for my new look since losing 50 lbs. it’s premium all the way, and everything there is unique & exclusive as hell. You are almost guaranteed to never run into another person in the world wearing the same outfit as you. For those looking to feel their sense of individuality with elegance and edge appeal and stand out in the crowd... this is the store. I found the most amazing blazer I had ever seen here and fell in love with it upon first sight. There was ONLY one in existence and they had it in my new slim size. It was like they were waiting for me with it and I grabbed my money together to get it immediately. I’ve included photos of me sporting my new Matrix attire... all that is missing is a pair is glocks in each hand & I’d fit right into Matrix 4!"

"one of the coolest places in sf for fashion! if you’re into avant garde, super rare designer clothing (in grey/black) this is your home. you’ll find sunglasses from the future. shoes that last you a lifetime. jackets that make you leaner, taller & better smelling i was road tripping through california, and not prepared for two feet of snow. brrrrrrrrrrrr, i got a isabel benenato wool sweater for 60% off. it’s instantly my favorite sweater. & i hate sweaters… it saved my trip! arthur has owned this place for 20 years, and is currently the only employee!!! he goes to paris fashion week every year to find the coolest designers & rarest pieces. designers include: boris bijan saberi, daniele basta, devoa, guidi, incarnation, isaac sellam, thom krom, etc check out this museum of glory!!! ⛄️ ⛄️ ⛄️"

"First off, Arthur is the man. I’ve visited many avant-garde fashion shops in my travels, but rarely have I experienced the kind of hospitality and genuine enthusiasm that I did with Arthur. His shop is intimate and welcoming, filled with designers you’re unlikely to find anywhere else. He encouraged me to try pieces on and took the time to explain the details and history behind the brands he carries. Whether you’re new to avant-garde fashion and looking for something more approachable like (Thom Krom), or after something more niche (Xaris Project), this shop may feel small—but its curation and selection are superb. While I didn’t make a purchase this time, the experience of visiting The Archive and meeting Arthur is one I won’t forget. He even recommended some great local restaurants for me and my friend. I’m not from San Francisco, but let me just say—SF, you’ve got a true gem. Don’t sleep!"

"arthur was very attentive and kind. he did have me try on more clothes than i wanted but i think that means he is an excellent salesman and someone who wants the customer to actually find something they enjoy. i plan on purchasing many more items at his store and his sale prices are not only reasonable but a good bargain. his stuff is exclusive and he only sources premium and luxury clothing that embraces a darker and more avant garde motif. all of the pieces i examined were quality, and his collection contains items that no other store within 200 miles contains. also he gave us free sparkling water and if you want wine he has free wine. overall the shop is a vibe and deserves all the fantastic reviews. thank you arthur and Archive for being awesome."
