"I bought a coat in a medium online and when I received the confirmation email, it was the wrong size. I emailed and called customer service to cancel the order before it was processed or shipped, and I was told they cannot change the order and that it was my fault. When I received the order and returned it, they charged me $8 for the return. The worst customer service! Do not order from them online."

"I’ve always loved the clothing and quality from this store and have shopped online. I stopped in this location as my first time in store, and the experience was awesome. Zach was super helpful showing me around the store and helping me pick items to try on. I’m also not from the area and he gave so many wonderful local recommendations.
