"Used to have great selections for M-L women’s clothes for a great price, sadly they only buy grandma garments for those sizes it seems. Went to sell shoes, (all chunky/90's and brand named) offered nothing lol, they took all day to tell me no thanks. Could've saved me the trouble and let me know with a phone call."
"I walked in this store to help drop off a few bags with a family member the over all atmosphere was nice the people in the store where welcoming but when we got the call to pick up the bags because they where uninterested in buying them which is absolutely understandable we where unable to go get the bags that night because they where closing soon and where not able to make it to the side of town that day, but we went back the next day to pick up the bags and it was closed which was our fault for not checking online but the day after that I went in to get the bags and they informed me because I did not get the bags that night they donated all three of my purses, the matching wallets, and the tote bag I had just bought and put them in, I was planning on trying my shot at selling them online but I cannot anymore, it was in there policy apparently but I wish the lady that called had informed us of this because not everyone that is on a tight schedule is able to spend time reading a contract for a store, yes absolutely this was my fault but I wish the staff would have conveyed this verbally."
