"This store is extra big. Their clothes are soo cute!! And they are one of the only brands that fit really nice on my teenage looking body. Also, their staff is super nice. Love them. "

"DONT BUY THE SWEATPANTS. Don’t recommend the sweatpants at all- they started pulling immediately. Also, urban sold me a pair of jeans WITH a crazy stain on the back that I didn’t see. Oh and by the way when I asked to talk to the manager/ find anyone to talk to- they said they couldn’t give me a refund (OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION). I tried to get in touch with customer service multiple times, they simply ignored me and sent me in a whole loop. Don’t shop here if you want good quality items. Literally I wore the sweatpants once and they pilled. And as for the jeans- if I’m buying an $80 pair of jeans- they better not have a stain. I don’t even live close to an urban outfitters back home. The customer service is unacceptable and quite honestly rude in a digital world where these things should be resolved quickly."

"Excellent customer service and lots of awesome clothing. The sales are always great and I love the exclusive items. There are lots of stairs to climb for each level but there is a lift you can use. The space in the shop is open and everything is easily accessible."
