Fashion-forward clothing from international designers both known and yet to be heard of, interesting/fun/beautifully-made home goods, deliciously scented goodies, unique jewelry... The space is well thought out and the wares carefully curated. This place could exist and thrive in any major city, which is something I cannot say of their King Street competitors.
