"We came went to Albertsons tonight for produce. We don’t usually shop at Albertsons because it’s not close to home….WOW! It’s worth the drive. The staff and management who stock and plan their produce department are doing a fantastic job. We ate cleaned and ready to consume fresh fruit on the way home. What an unexpected and delightful experience for a snowy December evening! Albertsons ready to eat fresh fruit is beautiful. I took several pictures of the perfectly sliced and packaged fruit for you to see. The presentation of their variety of pre-cleaned and sliced fresh fruit was astounding. It felt a bit like being a kid in a candy store- so much fresh fruit to choose from. We settled on a mix of huge blueberries and large strawberries- great for snacks, a side at dinner - and for breakfast! The melons, red and green grapes, blackberry and kiwi mixes were all enticing, as well. The presentation of their entire produce section is well thought out. The color schemes and perfect stacks are luring. They even have what could almost be considered picturesque bouquets of different colors of carrots with nearly two foot long bushy stems on them. A breathtaking produce department. We will be shopping for our produce at Albertsons in Trempers Shopping Center from now on. For beer and wine lovers- they have a massive selection. They have a seafood selection. Their meat presentation was excellent, as well. We also purchased affordable pizzas. They have great deals on many frozen foods when you purchase more than one. Be sure to read how many to purchase for savings. Some deals allow mix and match. Their ice packs are outside to the South of the entrances. Refills on propane and other items are to the North of the entrances."
"The store is clean. Items are very easy to find. Produce was fresh and quite the variety."
"Albertsons usually has great produce and meat but this batch of corn had worms. Just bought it three days ago so didn't notice until today. Kind of a waste but it happens at no fault to the store. Hopefully the rest of their corn is fine."
"Never enough staff or checkers. It’s too bad this store can’t plan for senior day and the customers have to stand in lines 6 people deep while one checker takes care of them all. I have to feel sorry for the workers who are there slaving away. And there’s only one person working the self checkouts and customer service so you have to wait for them to walk back and forth. I tried to call and talk to a manager but no one answered. Probably not enough staff to pick up. Sad."
"Albertsons is a nice grocery store. I went in to get fried chicken and it was very tasty we also bought coffee, they have a great selection of coffee and the bakery was good too. Very friendly staff in the deli!"
