"We're from Cincinnati but we absolutely love this store. We just happened to stop in there one day when we wanted something to drink and did not know the magnitude of healthy items that they have. It's the best health store! We have been customers ever since coming back at least once or twice a month. My husband won a gift basket during their 30 year anniversary giveaway yesterday."

"Very toxic environment it seems, I went up to the counter to get my items rang out and the lady who name is Terry seemed to be hyper focused on her phone. When she finally noticed me she didn’t bother to get up from her sit but instead told me to wait in a manner that seems like I am bothering her. A young lady came and attempted to assist me but Terry said to her that she has me while continuing to be looking at her phone sitting down. The young lady said that it was okay and she got it but terry highly insisted on helping me. She then said it a final time that she got me and the young lady just said okay and walk back to the juice bar area. Then terry proceeds to sit in her phone for a good 10 minutes while I have my stuff ready in the counter and finally she checked me out. Her attitude didn’t feel welcoming at all and she seemed to have an attitude against the young lady that attempted to help her! The young lady did everything right but terry did not….Please reconsider her!!"

"I went to store right when they opened so I expected for it not to be too busy and it wasn’t! I asked for a morning sunrise , the worker made a smoothie for just one person ahead of me and he told me he had to make ginger shots before he made my drink! He had not started the shot when I initially asked! I waited 20 minutes still no service! I finally just left! Need to prioritize helping customers first ! Not to mention another member came back there and only assisted themselves!"

"Went to get a Smoothie, paid for it in the back, then as I was walking out WITH MY RECEIPT in hand a lady fast walked from one of the aisle just to abruptly stop me and asking me if I paid for my smoothie in a very very confronting tone, no please, nothing. This was my second time being in the store and I never felt so criminalized! And she had a attitude it seemed when I was simply asking for help or bothered when I was asking about the store giving my first impression, she was her on phone and didn’t seem to care or at most acknowledge that I entered the store. My first impression I didn’t mind but this time I do, I feel very bothered by that interaction and would hesitate going here. I overheard one of the workers and her name is Terry or something along that. Yes I will name drop as this service really really bothered me!"
