"I Called ahead to see if they had an item in stock that I couldn't find anywhere. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful , found the product verified the qty and gave me the location for which I would find it when I came in. The store was stocked well , assistance available on the floor when I needed it and reasonable prices. I appreciate how clean the bathrooms were most of all. Jack rang me out and helped me to create an account . He explained everything in great detail and was very kind and professional. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'd return to re-up on the things I can't get access to at my regular grocer."
"Natural Grocers is one of my favorite places to shop for organic produce because the quality is consistently good. The fruits and vegetables are fresh, well stocked, and clearly cared for, making it easy to find healthy options without overthinking it. I also appreciate how clean and organized the store feels, along with staff who are helpful and knowledgeable when you have questions. Prices are reasonable for organic products, and it’s a great spot if you want to shop with confidence and focus on better ingredients."
"Google Maps says it is open but it is closed they don’t update their hours No plastic bags for you Only card board boxes We are not in California Limited supply of things"
"Danielle, the Asst. Manager was extremely helpful to my wife and I by helping my wife find seasonings, meats, vegetables, and more! And she suggested a few different dishes we can make for the week. :) Danielle, the Williams family appreciates you so much! -Paprika 😒 (giggles) 🤣"
"The staff is rude. I asked to a staff member if I could use the bathroom. He didn’t even reply to me, no eye contact, shrug his shoulders, left and came back right away and gave me a small piece of paper with some numbers and then left again without saying a word . I then realized it was the code number to enter to the bathroom. After that he came back to me while I was shopping with the cart and said he could not talk because he had a tooth procedure or something. Being rude is also with gestures and wrong attitude, not just with words. I’ll go to the other location in Scottsdale in the future. Hopefully, the staff is polite over there."
