"The products Rosauers carries and their staff are worth 5 stars. Also - as a family, we’ve used Rosauers Pharmacy for decades- their staff are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. In the wintertime - it’s nice to sit in their dining area by the fireplace. There are extra perks at Rosauers if you can afford them. When ordering food for large groups, Rosauers prepares the platters for us. We’ve ordered special cakes for birthdays from Rosauers for 15 years. Rosauers service across the board is second to none. They hover between 3 and 4 stars due to their price gouging. You can get the same price on beverages at the gas station, and pay much less per item at other stores - but most local grocery stores don’t have an area to sit. You’re definitely paying for the ambiance, Each product at Rosauers- unless on sale - runs nearly $2 more per item than other grocery stores with the exception of toilet paper, which is so ridiculously expensive it’s hard to understand why any gets sold at all. During the pandemic Rosauers jacked their prices when we had a supply and demand problem - then never lowered their rates. They’re a great place to go for items you forgot to buy, but you will pay dearly for shopping there. We live just blocks away and shop there often for one or two items at a time and for items on sale, but no longer consider Rosauers for our everyday shopping. They often list items for sale that are outrageously priced, so beware. They have a water station for refilling jugs. Their Huckleberry section offers bulk foods and spices and organic products. The dairy is way more expensive than anywhere else in Missoula and not worth buying at Rosauers, but some items are in a pinch. Their butchers are really nice and knowledgeable- just like the rest of the staff there. They have great employee retention for the most part - with the exception of the bakery - which is a bonus. If only they priced their items to be competitive with other grocery stores."

"The pharmacy staff was completely unprofessional and rude. Would not fill prescription even though I told them I dont have a pharmacy and had to wait a month for an appt with the dr who prescribed medication and had to get appt through another provider. They werent even willing to fill ONE time just to gove me time to find an alternative place to get filled. That on top of prices being significantly higher I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy and if I could give them a negative rating I would."

"Prices are higher here, so I shop for items that may not be available at other stores. Produce section is the best & freshest in town. I LOVED their hearth / salt bread for making toast or to serve with soups but management decided to discontinue! So not happy about that. Best croissants in town. I make chicken sandwiches about 2X a month with these tasty little flaky things. Self checkout is great and if I need help there’s always a nice lady that is readily available. Bring back my hearth bread and then I’ll be totally happy. The Pharmacy has been my go to place for meds & refills for over 10 years. Staff are the best and always helpful."

"I really love the store and their products. The atmosphere is always great, prices are somewhat high but with coupons and savings days you can save a lot. I do have a hard time with the customer service though. Every time I come in I have at least 1 uncomfortable interaction with a staff member. One of the women at the self check out station has been there several times I've shopped. She's very rude and treats people as if they are brainless. Sometimes I've seen her and decided to go to another station just to avoid here. I'd still shop here, I enjoy it. But I would come in prepared to feel uncomfortable or not welcome during my visit."

"Upscale grocery store with deli, seating, bakery and natural foods section. You get a little more of a Whole Foods/Trader Joes vibe in this location. Great and helpful staff, always clean. Rarely overly busy. They also are an upside store=cash back"
