"It’s 1 on a Wednesday and there isn’t any pizza and the pizza guy seems to be in no hurry to make any and always acts like it’s somebody else’s fault that there isn’t any (you’re the pizza guy). Ever since amazon bought Whole Foods the quality of the items have continued to go down. Pre Amazon the cookies and pizza were always top notch."

"My 4 year old wanted to have his birthday at Whole Foods, we live about two hours away from one. So, it is a treat for him to go and get whatever he wants from the hot food bar and treats from the bakery. That was the plan for his “party” real simple. I called two days ahead and ordered a cake for him, we were planning on eating it there at the store with our lunch. I mentioned to the cake artist ,Selena, about him wanting to celebrate his birthday at Whole Foods because I thought it was hilarious. I want to be clear, did not ask for ANYTHING because it is a grocery store it is not a place for birthdays. We just planned to go in (our small family of 4) eat lunch, sing happy birthday quietly and open the few presents we brought with us and go home. When we got there they had a beautiful cake ready for us and made my son feel SO special. Selena and her manager Taylor showered us with surprises and treated my son like a Birthday Prince! We were so blessed and shocked at the kindness of the employees. I never in a million years thought a birthday at Whole Foods would be so amazing. It just goes to show how good people can make all the difference! Thank you Whole Foods we will be back!!!"

"While I miss having a Whole Foods here in Hoover, at least it is not too far of a drive to Mountain Brook. I am still grateful there is still a Whole Foods here in Birmingham. However, there is a slight difference in the stores. The Hoover location had a place to order food and enjoy a draft beer while watching TV’s. There was a second part of the store where you could fill your growlers. I did not see this here. The staff was just as friendly and helpful. There were samples throughout the store, which was nice. It is still a Whole Foods, just in a different location, unfortunately for the people of Hoover."

"I was doing Amazon fresh pick up and I had the worst experience JEFF told me “hey when you are coming to get orders you need to move out of our way” I proceeded to say so what do we need to do to get our groceries he told me I don’t care what you do but you need to move out our way and also pushed my buggy out the way I come here all the time to do free pick up and never had a bad experience until now ! Then he goes to pull his phone out and take a picture of me and said he will call the police on me so I proceeded to take a picture of him as well !"

"Needed a special food item. Called Whole Foods and it was in stock. Store representative was very polite and extra helpful. He said" product you are requesting is on aisle 16." And yes, it was. Thank you, Whole Foods!!"
