"had a very unpleasant experience here today. The cashier was noticeably rushed and impatient, even though the store was not particularly busy at the time. The interaction felt careless and unwelcoming, and it left me feeling uncomfortable rather than helped. What made it worse was that there was no effort to slow down or correct the situation, which resulted in a very poor overall experience. I came to this store expecting a smooth and respectful interaction, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. After this experience, I don’t see myself coming back."

"I visited the Whole Foods Market on 4th Street in San Francisco. It’s not as nice as the one on Market Street, probably because it’s right in the heart of the city. The store felt more like a warehouse, and it wasn’t as clean as I expected. However, the staff was helpful, and the lady at the checkout was especially courteous and very friendly."

"Their entire hummus line needs to be recalled. I have bought molded hummus (note it is not expired) twice this week."

"I filed a complaint a few days ago about an employee at Whole Foods who had rammed a cart into my lower left leg a few weeks ago. I've been in a lot of pain since, with limited mobility. I may need rehab after I recover as I've lost range of motion and strength in my left foot through weeks of lack of proper use, and my doctor thinks it's a tear in my Achilles tendon. Basic errands are painful. I have received no updates, no follow ups from the associate manager I spoke with. I am really disappointed with the poor service, lack of accountability and follow through on the part of Whole Food's staff over a pretty significant injury caused by employee negligence. I have also seen rotting produce on a regular basis on shelves, even early in the morning. Given the premium we pay for goods here, customers shouldn't be responsible for making sure rotten produce isn't found on the shelves. Employees seem stressed and on edge, and I've noticed a real slide in customer service recently. Needless to say, I will no longer be shopping for groceries at Whole Foods moving forward."
