"In Oakland and decided to go to Whole Foods Market. The store was very clean and restrooms were spotless. The staff easy to talk with the staff any made you feel like you weren't bothering them when you ask a simple question. Just great customer service and even at the register."

"Great location and this place is BIG! You can spend hours searching for items; if you don't know where to go. Parking can be cumbersome at times, but they have plenty of space split between two levels; so you should be able to find a spot. All of their in-house services, like the bakery, meats counter and to-go food services are great. I just wish they would keep up with the to-go pizza-by-the-slice stock; it disappears so fast around lunch. Overall, good store, with great staff."

"Deducting a star because this is one of the more disorganized, dirty Whole Foods I’ve been to. The shelves are often out of stock and the hot food and salad bar are usually pretty messy and not well kept up or refilled. I just think they could be more on top of their game at this location. Customer service staff are very good though!"

"Lots of good items to shop for I did find the three trees plant-based milk I was looking for although, they haven't had the black sesame in a long time. I'm wondering if you guys still carry it if so please let me know when it's actually available as I would like to purchase a few. Very well maintained market I must say!"
