"What a cute place! Loved the bar and restaurant inside a nursery and greenhouse. Truly immersed in nature in the middle of the city. Shopping to entertain while you wait and the food was excellent!"

"I usually really enjoy shopping at Bowood but today's experience was just a complete disappointment. I entered the shop with specific needs in mind and hoping for the usual level of great service and knowledge but the three gentlemen working at the counter were so wrapped up in their personal conversation they could not even break away for a simple greeting or inquiry of what I might need. After being completely ignored for 15/20 minutes, I made my selections based on looking up plant information on my phone. Only once I set a plant by the register did one ask me if I was ready to pay. I replied not quite yet and he told me to just let them know when I was done. I can get this level of service at a big box store and pay less. I come to Bowood for a better experience and pay more for that. I'm hoping this message gets through. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is I am happy with the plants I selected."

"To call Boxwood Farms a nursery is to undersell this business. To call it a contemporary high end garden store would be a better description. Very tasteful pots, outdoor decorations as well as a good selection of exotic and outdoor plants would be more accurate. We did not try the restaurant which looks like it could be good."

"My co worker told me about this place. Went there for brunch it was a wait, I suggest you make a reservation. While you wait you can get a coffee or cocktail from the bar. Or you can buy some new plants for your garden. The vibe is like something you see in LA or the Carolina's. The service was good, I'm going back again a nice place for a date or upcoming Mother's Day."

Two wonderful ladies inside the nursery were kind. They check me out quickly, watered my plant, and wrapped my gift beautifully. TYSM 💕🌱"
