"Huge place! I don't go often so I forget. Love the mannequins, who doesn't! Needed directions to find the swimsuits. Found a less pricy but pricy one that looks nice & fits well. Monday, schools or and supper time so not busy. Very nice staff. Clean."

"Went into dillards looking for 1 mens dress shirts since my last visit there they removed all mens cloths from the store and moved it to a nonajacent dillards store, being elderly with diabetic feet issues walking is difficult let alone walking aproximately 1/4 mile through the mall to the other dillards. Had to stop several times and sit down to rest my feet both traveling to and from the 2nd dillards. Mind you they did have what I went in for."

"Nothing quite like overbearing and rude sales staff. Everytime me and my wife have stopped in, I can always rely on some salesperson to not get the memo: We're grown adults and don't need any "help" or advice, chances are I know more about the product anyways. I don't want fragrance testers shoved in my hand after saying I'm just looking. I don't want to be advised like a child on how to hang suit pants on a hanger. I once got a pair of pants tailored here and almost had to argue with the salesperson that I wanted cuffed hems. If I want cuffed hems, just do it! I don't need advise on what is "more popular right now" or what is more formal for a pair of freaking pants! I know good help is hard to find nowadays but retrain your sales team dear god! Me and my wife actively avoid Dillards now and just buy online, where it is flat out cheaper and there are no salespeople breathing down our necks."

"This Dillard's location is quite impressive. The store is exceptionally large, encompassing two separate sections, effectively doubling the size of a typical Dillard's. It is well-stocked, bustling with activity, and appears to be thriving. The staff members are also known to be friendly and helpful. While I have awarded it four stars due to the occasional inconvenience of navigating two separate stores and the slightly higher prices, the overall experience is quite worthwhile. The convenient parking and the connection to the mall are also greatly appreciated."
