"I’ve been in several times hoping for a better experience, but every visit is the same. Not a single employee greets you, offers help, or even looks up from their phone. Employees have no idea how to work the strollers/car seats so they are no help in that regards either. I’ve literally walked in and said hi and no one responds. It feels so unwelcoming, which is such a shame because the store itself has potential and carries nice baby items. Unfortunately, the poor customer service really ruins it. If another baby boutique opened in Missoula, it would easily outshine this one."
