"I was excited to support this business. But the owner was...a bit... weird and... rude. I asked him if I could put his shea butter on my face and he loudly and sarcastically asked "well do you have skin on your face?!" Every time I curiously asked a question about a product I wanted to buy, he would loudly exclaim something back in a defensive way... BTW I tested his shea butter product on one part of my face and that exact part broke out like crazy the next day. Sigh."

"I have always made a stop at Heaven Scent when in Charleston, SC. Met the owner on one of my visits. Absolutely sold on the Shea Butter. However, ordering online can be very tedious. Had to email several times with no response. This time order arrived two days shy of three weeks and only after I spoke with store owner. My only complaint is their online/mailing process needs some improvement."
