"First off, before you even walk into the store, the fragrance of the soap lures you in, like lush but waaaaay more natural. The shop is cute, bottom line. The staff were super friendly, Becca gave us a great tour and I learned a new word: saponification. Bubbles of course is the real MVP, who provided a fabulous customer service experience greeting us as we arrived. The soap is awesome! I bought island spice, and the aroma in the shower is nothing short of therapeutic, honestly I didn’t want to get out. The best part is how moisturizing the soap is. As someone who uses dove moisturizing body wash the difference is night and day. My wife told me my skin felt like a porpoise after I dried off, which wasn’t on my 2026 bingo card but here we are. One of the coolest things was the “beta bars” which offer new scent profiles to be tested. I picked up Mocha, but it might be a while before I try it because these bars last a while. If you have someone in your life who loves places like LUSH, Herbaria offers elevated, luxury products for around the same price, if not less, while being a small business in the heart of The Hill. They also sell and ship online if you’re not local. 10/10"

"We were on a stroll through shops on The Hill, and of course the aroma brought us in. We were greeted by Bubbles, the shop dog, and then started browsing. Then we were offered a tour of how the soap is made, and the next thing I know, I’m buying several bars - my favorite so far is the lavender with the loofa inside it! Absolutely wonderful store and team working there. I’ve never met nicer people. I struggle with very dry skin and I can’t wait to see how this soap helps! It was truly the most unexpected best part of our day."

"The daughter unit was told good things about Herbaria, so we decided to check it out. First and foremost, they are located on The Hill. Prepare yourself for narrow streets and difficult parking, but it is SO worth it! May gave us a rather lengthy tour of the store. We got to watch Blake while he was making soap in-house. It was really cool. Bubbles the dog was tired after helping entertain 2 school groups, so we let her chill. After the tour, Melissa and May helped us pick out several items. They were very kind and knew their products incredibly well. Melissa said they ship to 65 different countries around the world. And while getting your items shipped to you is great, I HIGHLY recommend going to the shop in person. Get a tour, say hi to Bubbles, and enjoy the great atmosphere that is Herbaria!"

"Maybe the nicest people ever. We walk in and are greeted immediately. Our kids get to make a cut out shape from some soap at a little station with lots of shapes to choose from (my kids chose the trains). We were offered a tour but didn’t take it since we were a little time restricted but I will absolutely take the tour next time if possible. Bubbles the dog was walking around saying hi. She is perfect and a total delight. The soap smells great. The whole store smells great. We honestly just popped in to check it out but ended up buying some bath bombs. I cannot emphasize enough how friendly and welcoming every person was here. I can’t recommend it enough. It’s like a warm hug of a shopping experience. I can’t wait to come back."

"I stopped in with my daughter on a daddy/daughter afternoon. She was charmed by the delightful tour where she learned about making soap, smelled loads of essential oils, cut her own soap bar (she made a butterfly) and got to pet Bubbles the dog. Blake was warm and welcoming. He spend a half hour engaging with my daughter as he showed us around. As a bonus, their soap is amazing too."
