"I have been doing my Kohl's shopping on line so I have not been in here except to pick up orders. Their Holiday displays, when you first enter, are always beautiful! Their online order pick up and checkout area are very efficient. I enjoy the Kohl's Cash perks and they have decent sales from time to time."

I enjoy visiting different locations for style to that area. Easy to purchase items online for delivery. If anything arrives damage or not right size easy to return to store for credit. It's my go to store the clothes last!"

"Store was not overly busy but isles were messy and hard to navigate. Isles too small for the carts to go thru without bumping into everything. Items here still remain too high to shop here all the time. I find better bargains at Ross and TJMaxx."

This is terrible and FRAUD. I want answers and will file a in small claims court for $ 5,000 k. The amount of time and canceling credit cards and looking into this has been incredibly time consuming and stressful."

"The carts lock at door which I understand so you don’t take them but should say that somewhere on the cart. As someone who has not been in a Kohl’s and is already overwhelmed by kids melting down this was inconvenient. And then when obviously irritated by it the employee who had to hobble the now locked cart away had an attitude and was clearly upset that I tried to walk out with cart. Like how the heck am I suppose to know? I grabbed my kid out and walked away I couldn’t move it after it was locked and I wasn’t about to try with my two kids in tow. Make a sign on the carts or just be nice to the people who clearly aren’t aware!"
