"I went to Modern Thread to get two shirts embroidered as Christmas gifts. It was the beginning of December, so I asked them if they could put a rush on the order, and I paid an additional fee for them to do so. The shirts were not ready by the time they said they would be, so I requested that they be shipped while I was out of town. Several weeks went by with no sign of the shirts. When I went back to the store, they said that they weren't done yet and I had to come back the next day. When I was finally able to pick them up, they had put the wrong design on the front of one shirt, put the sleeve patches on the wrong side on both shirts, and didn't center the design on the front of either shirt, despite clear instructions. They told me I would be given a partial refund for the mistakes and the inconvenience, but I was never given any kind refund."
