"I used to go to go here weekly, sometimes monthly, and had never had issues before. My last visit, I showed up 4 minutes before closing - something I've done several times before without problems - and a new staff member treated me with an attitude. I was rushed, pressured to choose quickly, and the tone was outright disrespectful. While he did say "sorry" at the end, it didn't feel genuine at all. I miss the staff that used to work there because they were chill and professional. This experience stunned me - I felt disrespected, unwelcome, and like my loyalty didn't matter. A respectful tone and letting customers take their time is basic customer service, especially for a budtender. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back and will be going to other locations instead."

"Their infused joints are always falling apart. They are super harsh too. The shake in the bottom of the tube is always pretty substantial so you can see there's a lot of leaf in them. I consider this brand bottom of the barrel in Alaska and Nationwide."

Edited to remove Ruby. She is rude every time I come in there, talks over her coworkers who are capable of answering questions just fine, and just has a miserable demeanor every day. I don’t think I’m going to be able to come back after her behavior today. My bf is definitely not letting it go, I brought him in this time so he could witness and he was appalled. She should not be allowed in customer service and I know for a fact that I’m not the only one who thinks this of her. Sad, because they have great products. I was however told by other people when she works so I can avoid her. The only reason she was in my original post is because I didn’t want to single her out. She has legit not been nice once… sad."

"Terrible business and sales!!! Stay away from Red Run in Kenai and go somewhere that doesn’t sell you damaged products but fails to mention they are damaged and you cannot exchanged or return! Cannot see thru the packaging to even know if it’s damaged. The manager claims the “new girl” Nicole didn’t know the store policy. Won’t ever do business here!! BEWARE future customers."

"Received a automated text message of an advertisement for their new THC crystals.........looks like crystal meth. Called to notify the company that they were distributing pictures that look like meth, and that they should use better discretion. Lady answered the phone was very rude and short with me. Told me that if I didn't like what they were sending that I could reply "stop" to the messages and I would be taken off their message list. Did just that because of the lack of customer service, rudeness of their employee and poor judgment."
