"1000% better than any other department store, period. This is professional level retail. Everyone who works here has been carefully vetted and hired to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. I had a warranty replacement Vortex while I was here and it was handled immediately and professionally. The archery shop is incredible, the gun counter is top notch and the sales they have are actual sales, not just the gimmick of raising prices and then marking down. Professional level retail. If you go anywhere else, you are clueless."

"The store with the largest amount of inventory. Every brand seems to have an area, tall shelves, but you can’t see across the store, so it’s easy to loose orientation and not know what else to go look at. Interesting variety. Higher priced merchandise, few lower priced brands. Which might be what you want if you are a brand shopper, finding that brand section is the trick. Actually I wasn’t sure how it was organized. It is very dense. Athletic leisure seems the focus. They have a high end gun department. If you separate from your shopping partner you can’t find them, you each need your mobile. Don’t loose your kids! Friendly staff. Unlike a Kohl’s or Dillards, where you can be drawn to merchandise across the way because you can see over the racks, this store has cubbies of assortment. I had to ask how to get out. There need to be maps of where stuff is. Posted on the pillars “you are here.” Think corn maze."

"Loved our experience today. EVERY staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful and quick to greet us. Beautiful, tidy store. Not as big as other Scheels we have visited, but we still managed to spend 2 hours there. The taxidermy is always enjoyable to stare at."
