"This was a nice experience. My best friend gave me a gift card for a head massage before my baby comes. So I booked a 90 min massage and 60 min lash lift. All was completed in 90 mins with a blow dry after. I didn’t think anything of it at the time. But my text message receipt confirmed the time frame. Still didn’t see any need to complain. I liked the massage. The disappointment came with the lash lift. Im having at water birth at home so not needing mascara was the goal. I curled one eye with my regular eye lash curler and the other is the result of the lift. This is 6 days later."

"Was immediately greeted and offered a drink. Place is cute/quaint/small but not a high quality atmosphere. Technician was very nice but the head spa service i paid for ($150 for 60 minute) lacked in quality. Several things I could comment on about the low quality service but will only say that a business will only survive if quality service is given that will have customers return. I do not plan to return."

"I believe the name of the woman I had an appointment with was itzel? Not 100% certain but I did love her. First time doing something like this and I loved the results. My hair was so light and soft after I didn't even want to wash it again a couple days later. I have issues with psoriasis, but unless it's somehow a coincidence I've noticed a significant difference after my appointment. I think I got such a deep and thorough cleanse it practically gave my scalp a reset. My appointment was about 3 weeks ago and I still feel like my psoriasis is under control for now. I'm not sure what the name of the service was that I got as my appointment was a gift, but it was relaxing and quiet until the blow dry part and then I really enjoyed my conversation with her. I would definitely go back"

"Giving them 2 stars because while the service is ok, definitely needs to be improved. My husband surprised me with a head spa for my birthday and when I got there no one greeted us, I was told to put a robe on and that was the end of the communication. I decided to give them another try and scheduled my husband for a head spa treatment and again, no greeting, I had to go find someone working there and unfortunatelyinterruptedsomeone elses time. Then when my husband was done I asked if he enjoyed the beard wash and he said they didn't do that part. I asked about if he got whiskey and he said nope they didn't offer it. I mean those are small details but it is advertised and was a big reason I got this for him! If I'm paying spa prices I expect the full treatment. Business is cute and has potential but unfortunately we won't be back. I gave 2 chances and both were very lacking."
