Fully support this local business. —— Mika is super helpful, friendly and nice to us (by the way, if you need help picking up stroller or car seat, she's your person! highly recommended), we got our portable stroller as well as RAVA car seat here at the store. There's a staff at the store and on the phone with us who were very very rude to me for no obvious reason... I made formal complaint to the store manager but the rating stays at one star until I receive satisfactory explanations (not excuses)."

"If you need to return a stroller, even if it’s a product issue, be aware they will charge restocking fee. Also, double-check your receipt. In my case, they failed to refund the sales tax, and I had to go back and explain the issue with a sales associate to get it corrected. The associate had dismissive attitude throughout the process. This shouldn’t happen, so review your receipt carefully. I support local businesses and want to see the succeed, but experience here is subpar for what they’re trying to be."
